This is a Mobile Home Park, they use the empty Mobile Home sites for RV's so yes they offer long term....

Yes, there are many residents who have RVs that have been here for at least three years. You have to keep it roadworthy, and taking it out on the road (especially a motorhome) every few months is good for the rig. We have stayed in the park several times, including once for three months and once for seven. Monthly rates depend on the site I believe, but cover water, sewer and power hook ups. Not sure about basic cable, but we used our OTA and Dish....
