Question:
Thu Jun 23 2022I'm a bit confused in the reviews and with the site listing. Does the site have full hookups including connections for black/gray tanks or not? Some reviews say there are hookups but the website says that all units must have fully functional black and gray tanks....

We camped up the hill at Flying Flags Avila Beach with full hook ups. Walked by the port St Luis sites and they appeared to have both dry camping and partial hook up areas....

There are a handful of sites (8) that have full hookups (Water, Sewer, Electric). The other 20 or so sites have no hookups. The FHU sites are at the back of a big lot that leads to the pier. The dry sites are on the cliff between the road and the beach. There is also water available to fill tanks. Go to port San Luis.com and you can navigate to a pages that has site specific info Enjoy your stay - we love it there...
