The Vineyards Cancellation and Refund Policy is on the RATES page of their website. Scroll down the page to view it.A cancellation fee of $20 is applicable if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Within 48 hrs of the arrival date, you will be charged $45. The balance of your payment will be refunded to you.MONTHLY STAY CANCELLATION POLICY: You will forfeit the $100 security deposit.HOLIDAY AND OCTOBER CANCELLATION POLICY: You will forfeit the first night or you can hold booked nights as credit to use in the future.NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES...

I don't know, but they did not refund our money but gave us a credit that we could use in the future which we did use....
