Bear Creek Lake Park Campground

There is a boat rental spot, so I'm going to assume they have kayaks.The restrooms at the campground are clean. The restrooms by the lake, I'm not sure. There are 1000's of people there each week, so I can't imagine they would be clean all of the time....

There is a kayak, paddle board, and paddleboat rental shop on Big Soda Lake, along with a swim beach, playground, and picnic tables. But there is no rental at Bear Creek Lake, the largest of the park's 3 lakes and the only one with fishing. And Bear Creek feeding the lake is catch-and-release only. The park is very popular with road bike riders. But most single track is on gentle terrain paralleling park roads and paved bike paths....

This is an Urban Park and a very popular place for the paddle board crowd. It’s crowded on weekends in the summertime but not so bad on weekdays. Yes you can rent SUP’s and Kayaks at Big Soda Lake in the park. The lake also has a nice swim beach. Remember this is Colorado and at 6000’ a beach is not the same as going to the ocean. Biking is popular here with many trails in the park with connections to trails to other areas including Red Rocks Park, and downtown Denver if you are up for a big ride....
