We paid a monthly fee of $930.59. We received a 10% discount by agreeing to make our fee non-refundable. With fees and taxes we paid $869.44. There are only a total of 10 campsites, but it’s quiet and we didn’t feel the need to lock our trailer or truck at anytime....
