According to their website, they do have monthly rates. You'll need to call to check availability and costs. Cam't answer about WiFi, we didn't use....

Wi fi was very poor, road noise was terrible. I watched the manager be very Rude to my neighbor about using the grill he paid for. I will not go back....

We stop here frequently. They do have a monthly rate, but only if they have open space. The park WiFi is poor, but if you have your own MiFi/Starlink/Hot spot, you have a clear view of the sky....
