As of our departure, 2/1/2022 the observation deck has NOT been rebuilt and it did not seem like there were plans to rebuild. If you would like to see the park in its entirety, I have a full video on our Instagram account, rvingsmiths....

The observation deck has been rebuilt and the deck, pier and fishing area are in good shape....
