I don’t think I reserved a specific site. I don’t recall about long term residents, but if there were any they may have been in the back or another area. The campground was well maintained. It does not look like much when you drive up. I found it very peaceful, but it has been several years since our visit....

This RV Park did have some long term sites, however the areas were more in line with a really nice neighborhood, rather than the stereotypical "trailer park" environment. I am sure you could reserve a specific space if it were available, however they hosts were very accommodating and assigned us the perfect spot for our rig....
