No, there is an area to walk your dog, or gave your dog off-leash, but it's not fenced in. It's along bear creek. It's a nice place to walk....

If your k9 is a runner, off leash here might not be a good idea. I think there are a few dog parks nearby that have a fenced off leash area. If your k9 can't stand to be away from you for more than a few minutes then it's perfect off leash area. If it's a swimmer also the creek is shallow in most places....
