Fiesta Island is completely dog friendly. Yes, We live in San Diego and take our dog to Fiesta Island all the time. Once you're on the Island the entire Island is off leash with one area an enclosed dog park/swimming area. Its about 10-15 minutes from Campland (you can see the island across the bay from Campland).
