Yes, they wrap their water pipes. I would suggested a heated hose if you are going in winter. Make sure to eat at Lonnie Q BBQ....

I'll add to the yes from Taym... They have some long term renters, so that also reinforces the year round opening! And bad planning on our part, Lonnie Q BBQ was over our short stay. That is even more of a reason for a return visit to Deer Creek Valley RV Park:)!...

Absolutely, they are open year round, even though freezes are not uncommon during winter months. Just take precautions to protect your rig....

Yes, we are open year round. Heated and air conditioned restroom/showers, depending on when you are here. Heat wrapped water hydrants, 20/30/50 amp hook up, propane on site. Even coffee/donuts Tues - Sat mornings....
