      We were there a few years ago. Do not recall a Dump Station. There is potable water, but not sure about using a hose - we used a 2.5 gallon container to take water from a nearby spigot back to hour MH. It is a National Park - so the Pass should cover your entry fees. We really enjoyed our stay there....

      There is a dump and fill station just outside the campground and water spigots scattered through the campground however there are no hookups. You ATB pass will give you access to Joshua Tree....

      Yes dumpstation and water fill on the entrance road. Waterfill and cleanout line both have hose attachments. I believe reservations only and $5 or $10 paid at the park entrance....
