YES! Great swimming. Very gradual change in depth. Deeper water further out. Lake Michigan water is cool. Strong west winds will bring colder water from depths of Lake. Storms cause RED flag warnings; watching waves is best from shore line. My family has enjoyed this clean and family friendly beech for 40 years. Other beaches in Lake Michigan, north and south of Grand Haven are just as beautiful, and have their own personalities. Happy exploring!...

Lake Michigan water is not "cool". It is cold ICE cold. Trust me.. In Wisconsin even in the dead of summer you better have a wet suit to be able to handle it lol. Also, make sure you watch for Red flag warnings. The water is so clear and beautiful. The great lakes are absolutely stunning. Have fun!...
