Veterans are allowed but the park has been closed for quite some time due to flooding which destroyed a lot of the infrastructure. Not sure if and when it'll be back online. Nice place to stay though if it opens up again....

Yes, veterans are allowed to use this park. I just drove through the park yesterday to check it out after the flood repairs. It's going to be a nice place to stay once again. I think it opens up in the spring. There are no signs posted indicating when, might want to check the website....
