We don’t stay there monthly or seasonally. We were there for a weekend for a wedding. I do think they did have monthly rates....

We are staying on a monthly basis at the moment while my husband is in this area for work. The monthly rates might have changed so I'm not 100% sure but it's been the cheapest out of the 20or so places I called in the area and they got us in the next day after a quick background check...
