The entire outer ring of the park is permanent sites. If you look at the picture above, you can see the outer ring is comprised of permanent RVs. There is also quite a few seasonal sites as well and you can start to see those individuals start moving in at the end of April. With that being said, there are still many sites available to rent, but the park fills up with reservations fast....
