Rick, Looks like this is a 3 year old question, but thought I would answer it anyway. Policies at Buena Vista can be found be going to website, buenavistarvresort dot com, and clicking reserve. There are policies in effect to protect the renter when government mandated orders are in place, etc. The reserve page spells all of that out....
