Yes, but most of the rv sites are full hookup. I know the one in the tent area is open year round and is nice...

Yes. Bathhouse and laundry close to maintenance area is under repair (visited in July). 2 showers are open at this building but are in need of a good cleaning and repair. Other 2 bathhouses, not sure of their condition....
