No, it is not 55 and older, the city park and campground are open to all ages....

No it is for any age. Very friendly and many amenities. Beautiful walking trails on rivers edge, golf, Rec center, ice rink and tennis center. Water park for summer season and activities on memorial day and fourth of july, etc......
