I don’t think so. It is a National Park CG and I recall there not being any hookups....

No. I believe that there are some sites with hookups but loop c (where we stayed) had none. Ours was an accessible site and had a single outlet for medical rquipment.If you check reservations.gov, you can get full information about all the sites. Dump station and potable water are located at one end of the campground....

No, it has no hookups. If you want hookups in that area, there are several commercial parks in Townsend. I have stayed at the KOA and while it provides hookups, it doesn't provide the park atmosphere of Cades Cove. You will miss the wind turkeys moving through the campground....
