No it is not and can not be booked on reservation.gov. It is a TVA easement and can be booked through Vista REcreation...

The resevior was built by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) not the Corp of Engineers (COE). But they are equally nice along the water with large beautiful sites. Reservations are made through Vista Recreation....
