The train ride is about 2 hours and 15 minutes. It is a family train ride with stories, singing, a cowboy chase. Tickets range in price depending on what type of ticket class you buy and if you want food/snacks on your ride. In addition, while they do not allow dogs, you can kennel your dog next door for the day....

I took the train it is all day up and back. There are different packages with different perks. Can get tickets at RV Park checkin. I believe it is well worth the cost my wife and I took a first class and bus tour around the rim....

You will be gone about 6 hours. Train ride about 1.5 hours. Once you to Grand Canyon you have about an hour to explore and site see. We were there in Nov it was beautiful but cold, we used our heated water hose. Cost depends on time of year and which ride you choose....

It's just a short walk from the RV park. Maybe 10 minutes....
