Jeff Fortuna de Oro is a very dog friendly park you should have no problem walking your dog around as long as as you stay within the leash law limits of the park. Make sure you have a clean bag in case something happens and some of these parks have a dog kit which if your dog takes a whiz on something you can spray it with disinfectant or whatever but other than that you should be fine.....
