I don't think that's too big, I would call the office and discuss the details with them.About the weather, I would check historical averages for temperatures and snow. We went in February when it snowed - it was so pretty!...

They have sites up to 45'. Just ensure you reserve a site long enough when scheduling. The park is very nice with large trees, clean well-groomed sites, clean facilities and within walking distance to town. Parking can be a problem in town, especially large vehicles. January weather (when sunny) ranges from the mid 50's to lower 60's with temperatures at night being close to freezing if not below many nights. Cold fronts and wet weather do happen but generally for a few days (at most) and then disappear with a cool day or so before a warm-up often happens. I believe the RV city water outlets are insulated so that helps and at most you would need a heated water hose or another way to insulate during the coldest of nights, i.e those near 20 degrees. Getting there from the north in January can be met with winter weather (think Flagstaff) on the highways both interstates and secondary. Coming from the south much less so. Be prepared for the weather but the chances of warm sunny weather...

No, their are sites that you can fit into, the river sites are hard to get, it does snow at this location, google weather, it snow while we there, but it didn't stick on the roads, you will love this campground...

No. Your camper can fit and also have easy access in and out of the campground. Last year there was some significant snow in Sedona in February and we heard that things were shut down there for a few days. As always when traveling in the winter, make sure you have plenty of food and propane. You should be fine....
