Wed Nov 22 2023I understand some areas are worse than others, but suggestions on sites that do not flood in the rain? We are staying there before a semi- formal wedding and want to minimize the odds of being in a swamp....

That’s a tough question. We usually get site 142 when we go, which stays very dry. The loop in that area seems pretty good but it’s hard to figure out which sites flood. If you can visit before reserving you can pretty much tell by walking around. It’s a wonderful park....

I recall one Dec we were on 33, that area was a bit more wet after heavy rains, but I don't recall standing water just quite wet. Hopefully you'll be attending during the dry season. As stated, it's a wonderful campground....

We were in either site 100 or 101 and it was a swamp in the rain! We have never had issues with site 141, 150, or 151. All sites in that loop/ area are great....

194 is sandy and was dry even after it rained. Some other sites looked muddy....
