As I recall they only have a little restaurant. But we drove and biked into town. Cape Charles is very close by....

Frank, I was there in the off season and the snack bar wasn't open at that time. If I'm not mistaken, they have both a snack bar and a restaurant. Maybe the restaurant serves alcohol. Does their website give you any help? Might want to send them an email....

They do not have a bar, but they do have a small snack bar area, the pizza was good. I think but not positive, that the store does sell beer and such as packaged items.Outside of the campground a 10 minute drive there is a small town that has restaurants and a distillery and maybe a brewery in the area....
