Need Riverside site and not sure all have access some are high up- We did see not any other general access. You might be able to walk down by the bridge and have access. River not outstanding for swimming but they have a nice pool. We experienced a lot of goose poop on campsite and in campground....

You can access river even if you do not have river site. It is easy to access either at the entrance or exit of the park. It has not rained since we have been here so the water is a little low but you can go tubing. We did. You do have to have your own they do not rent them. Their is geese and ducks but we had no issues....
