      The lower comes into play if you are a member there or Coast to Coast, there maybe be others I'm not aware of. The higher rates are non member prices....

      As others said, this is also a membership park. Coast to Coast rates are 10 bucks a night while they do still cater to the general public at higher rates so you don't have to be a member of Coast to Coast to stay there. I found the location to be very good and the park itself well kept and well run....
