All we needed was our military IDs. My husband is retired as well. I don’t remember anything about a background check. For more info, go to their navylifesw.com. It’s a great spot and has a bus stop right outside the gate. The staff is really helpful. Enjoy!...

The background check was for our daughter who doesn't have a military ID. My wife and I were just fine with our retired ID's. Are you retired military? Does everyone in your party have a military ID of one kind or another. Call the office there to confirm. (562) 626-7504...

Yes, as of April 3 , you MUST get a background check and it takes 7 to 10 days....
