Haven't been back since our review. Looking at Google maps reviews, looks like two other people had problems of no one answering the phone or getting a call back. Too bad since it is a great location for seeing the Capulin Volcano National Monument without having to travel 30 miles one way. Guess you will have to try one of the four RV parks in Raton see if they are any better....
