This is from their website-Authorized patrons include Active Duty Military, Reserves, Retirees, DoD Cardholders, and their families. I am assuming that the VA ID card stating service connected is an authorized DoD card so I would say yes you can stay here. The famcamp is not located on base so anyone can drive up to it. You will probably have to show your ID card to the check in person....

My husband is the veteran when we used Hanscom AFB FamCamp. He says if you are a veteran and have your valid ID card, you should be able to stay at any of the military campgrounds, including this one. This is one of the best benefits for veterans! Such a great price for a campsite....
