It's been awhile since our stay at this place and I'm sure we booked it while 'on the road', however if you didn't get any type of confirmation I would definitely call the casino & ask to be sure they have your reservation. Check-in and everything is all handled at the casino/hotel registration/front desk - so I would just call the main number....

Had the same experience last fall. We called and got everything confirmed directly with the casino....
