Mon Jun 24 2024We have an airstream 2023 27 fbt. We are scheduled for the tour on Wed, 6/26/24. Do we need a reservation to stay at the Terraport? I have tried calling AS but can't get to a person on the phone......

We have stayed without a reservation. If by chance there were no spots available when you arrived, the parking lot is large, so you could probably stay there, albeit without hookups. We have only stayed when we were having service, and it has never been full....

They do not take reservations but they also were not full when we stayed there. This is from the Airstream website:Airstream TerraportNeed a place to stay overnight while your Airstream is getting serviced? The Airstream Terraport has full water and electrical hookups and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Service Center.There are 24 first come, first served sites. No reservations....

We have stayed in the terraport on two different service visits to Jackson Center. Neither time did we have reservations and neither time were all sites filled, in fact, there was a Winnebago Class C that spent the night there. There are 3 "circles" of sites with all hook-up in the rear of the site. Nothing fancy - no picnic tables or fire pits. Just a place to land every night....
