Question:
Sun Jul 07 2024For those who chose a Pet patio, Or just a patio in general, were there any particular spots you thought were the best for shade, and roominess? It seems it's a $50 upgrade to choose a spot, but we are considering that since we will be staying 10 nights. Thank you...

Gosh, I don't remember the space number we were in. I think it was A120 or A130. Each chain-link pet pen looks to be six feet by eight feet, with a woven shading material over about half of it. The concrete patio has the pet pen, a picnic table, a fire pit, a love seat glider and an Adirondak chair. There was a tree at the west end of the patio, which would shade the pet pen for part of the day but not all of it and make the right-hand turn into the site a problem. Your pull through is aimed northeast-southwest and is not perfectly level, maybe 2 or 3 inches low in front. I assumed the concrete patio was level. I saw a couple of patio sites that had no shade at all and the pull-through was not as long as ours. Be sure to tell then the length of your unit. Those patio spots are scattered throughout the park, not all together. When it's over 100 degrees and no breeze, it's going to be hot on the concrete....
