The entire front side are permanent residents but don't let this deter you. The park is beautiful...

The entire area south and east of the lake with the exception of Persimmon Loop is private owned lots, with park models, 5th wheels, TT and other RVs. Most have added structures for additional living space, roofs, porches, etc. There is I believe a Property Owners Association for those units. The rental sites and cabins are mostly on the north side of the lake and around Persimmon Loop (it's referred to as the Maple section)....
