Tips from campers about Waco, TX
- EVO_Bob Of course take a run into town and see the Magnolia Silos shopping area, and bridges nearby.1 day ago Magnolia RV Resort
- DaveWor Homestead Heritage! Friendly folks, great stores and takes you back to less stressful time! Brazos Park, great place to walk, run and ride, great pizza and beer joint on the Brazos close to park. Southern Roots Brewery is a microbrewery with great beer! Waco is a charming town.1 day ago Waco Creekside Resort
- LauraLea The park is very close to a number of things to do, like the Waco Mammoth National Monument, the Dr Pepper Museum, the Magnolia silos/stores complex, and the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame and Museum, all of which we enjoyed visiting. Baylor University is nearby, too. We had a tasty lunch at Jake's Texas Tea House, a fun little place downtown with vintage "garage" themed decor and delicious food. I recommend the turkey reuben, and the hand-cut fries were great.3 days ago Airport Park
