“Beautiful camping on Lake Martin”
Nightly Rate: $31 USD
This is an established state park beside Lake Martin. The canopy of trees was beautiful and the lake was lovely to look at. We camped at Wind Creek State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

- RLJR The state park has a swimming beach, putt-putt golf, zip line with horse trail riding near the campground. Alexander city is within 8.5 miles and a Dollar General within 1.5 miles. Wal-Mart, Tractor and Supply, Home Depot, Harbor Freight and several grocery stores are in the area. There are numerous places to eat from fast food to dine in restaurants. Kowaliga Restaurant is 12 miles from the campground and is located on Lake Martin with both indoor and outdoor dining with lake views and great food. Some nearby attractions are Horseshoe Bend National Military Park, Wellborn Car Museum, Russell Crossroads and Children's Harbor.4 years ago Wind Creek State Park
