Tips from campers about Florence, AL
- Keith_319 Take all major roads to Dlorence then navigate from there. Do not trust a GPS guiding you down some of the narrow Tennessee state highways.1 month ago Florence AL RV Park
- HS29 Shiloh Battlefield and National Cemetery was an hour drive from here but well worth it. We were there ALL day and could have used more hours of daylight. We ate at the Catfish Hotel while there and this is a great sit down restaurant with views of the river. FAME studio tour was really cool and we really enjoyed it. The history is oozing out of the walls!!3 months ago Florence AL RV Park
- wg123howard If your into history, the Naches Tres runs through the area, and the Shilo Battlefield is also close by. We went to Huntsville, an hour and a half away, to see the space center with one of the remaining shuttles on display.5 months ago Creekside Camp
