Tip for Other Campers:
Tipsy Tarpon in Gulf Shores is ok as is LuLu's (Jimmy Buffets sister). Also Lamberts in Foley for some roll throwing.

Tips from campers about Ahoy RV Resort
- Nevermind Me 1. Go to Lambert's Throwed Rolls Restaurant. It has good food and provides a great experience. 2. Go to the Alabama Battleship museum in Mobile. There is a WWII battleship & submarine plus aircraft and other military vehicles plus the price is only $18. You can easily spend a day here. 3. “Huge pull through sites are available. Makes it real easy with a big rig. Nice amenities.”

The only downside is the somewhat rough gravel road 1/4mile stretch to get there, and also constant small plane flyovers. We camped at Ahoy RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
