Nightly Rate: $50 USD
We camp here a couple times a year because it is so close and love the beautiful campground and waterfront sites. We enjoy bike riding, fishing and hiking. If you enjoy getting out in the...

Waterfront campsites dont offer full hookup but they offer the honey pot service where they come to you and empty and flush your tanks. Just sign up at the store date/time and they are prompt. There is a service fee for this service but well worth it. Bring your fishing poles, you must take advantage of the fishing opportunities.

- Steve N Carol Sooooo much to do!!! Hunt Brothers !!!! FRITTERS, FRITTERS, FRITTERS!!!!!! If you love baked goods, this is the place!!! Also very good lunch (Frisco Burger and fries). Leinenflugar Brewery is a MUST as well! Superbly maintained older historical site. We drove 50 R/T miles to Darwin to visit the "Largest Ball of Twine in the World." The docent at the museum is superb and gave us a GREAT tour of the old railroad station and the facts surrounding the twine ball. A TRUE piece of Americana..... Tip for Other Campers:
They have a play ground and the girls enjoyed it. I did see a lot of pets too, so I would say very pet friendly.
