  Mike Freeman I had the BEST rib-eye at the Saddleback Saloon Steakhouse. The sides of mexican roasted corn & beans with bacon & onion were excellent. I don't often eat steak out but this was worth waiting for. There is a state park close and lots of things to see. We're going to schedule an extra day or two on our next pass on I-10 so that we can check it all out.
