- BeverlyF I was told you can park anywhere you find a plug, if you want electricity. Drop box for paying is small but on east end of large green building on Fillmore St. Envelopes provided. Tip for Other Campers:
If visiting Wrangell-St. Elias NP, stop at the visitor's center a few miles south of Glenallen for info. They also offer a very informative audio CD to play while driving the 58-mile dirt road to McCarthy. That road was in relatively good condition when we drove it in late May 2018.
