Tips from campers about Kenny Lake Mercantile & RV Park
- BeverlyF I was told you can park anywhere you find a plug, if you want electricity. Drop box for paying is small but on east end of large green building on Fillmore St. Envelopes provided. Great burgers at the bowling alley next to the BP station.10 months ago Fillmore County Fairgrounds Campgrounds
- Sheri_184 Fishing, biking. Playgrounds, bowling for a rainy day. Park, local towns with more activities 8 to 10 miles away. Local breweries, grocery store, good restaurants.

Tip for Other Campers:
If visiting Wrangell-St. Elias NP, stop at the visitor's center a few miles south of Glenallen for info. They also offer a very informative audio CD to play while driving the 58-mile dirt road to McCarthy. That road was in relatively good condition when we drove it in late May 2018.
