Tip for Other Campers:
Juneau has a small Costco & several grocery stores. No Wal Mart. Lots to see & do. Pretty easy to avoid the cruise ship crowds.

We arrived via the Alaska ferry about 11pm and were able to drive into the campground and find our site because we had reservations. The site was nicely wooded providing shade and was pretty level....

Tip for Other Campers:
Trails in the park are great, there are biking trails near by, the Mendenhall Glacier has nice trails and Downtown Juneau has plenty of shops- stop in at the Red Dog Saloon. The Alaska Marine System (ferry) was a great experience with our 35 foot Motor home and tow car. The arrival/departure times can be challenging.

West Glacier Trail, East Glacier Trail, Mt Roberts Trail, Perseverance Trail. And more trails! Lots to see and do in Juneau! Loved It!
