Vacation365 Be sure to do an airboat ride on Lake Okeechobee. What an amazing, alligator filled, large lake. You also have to eat at Lakesy- a true central Florida eatery with local cuisine. If it swims or crawls its likely on their menu! There are many paved bike trails running around the perimeter of the lake that offer another great perspective of the immense body that of water. Enjoy your time here.

Bobalooey The fishing on Lake Okeechobee is fantastic. Local guides are available for fishing and hunting at reasonable prices.
