Tips from campers about Alaskan Angler RV Resort
- BaldGuy Murfreesboro only has the Dollar brand of stores and one store I wouldn't buy anything from so if you need it, it's 20 miles to Nashville.2 years ago Crater of Diamonds State Park
- MOUCHIE Sites numbered a lil weird in our opinion but we thought sites 1-3 and ones around 28-35 the best views and level. Overall a quiet wonderful park whether or not visiting the diamond fields.8 years ago Crater of Diamonds State Park
- Bama Bill We have two children (6 & 8) and had a fun time hunting diamonds for two, half days. In an effort to avoid standing in the hot sun on the diamond field, we took the kids to the Dinosaur Dig (by the Pawn shop on the main drag). They have an indoor sandpit with polished stones throughout. the kids get to keep what they find and had a great time for approx $9 each. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, they had a great halibut fish fry for the campers. It was the best fresh halibut we had. We camped at Alaskan Angler RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A small town with such a nice and inexpensive RV park. A place for professional fishermen. Fishing boats leave every day and come back full of fish. Only 17 miles to Homer. We will gladly come back...

All of our hookups worked great (50 amp FHU). Our site (#15) was unlevel sideways but with extra blocks under the passenger side, we got level. They have cute, tiny dog pens where they could be off...
