Tip for Other Campers:
Beach comb for agates! There are tons of them. Lots of interesting rocks and petrified wood as well. Lots of people fishing from boats or on the shore.

This is a state run campground and is pretty nice. Great overview of the Cook Inlet from a bluff. I stopped on the way to Homer. We camped at Ninilchik View Campground in a Motorhome.
