Tip for Other Campers:
This is a good place for fishing. But you can also drive from here to Seward and back in a day, or to Homer and back in a day (though it might be tough getting in glacier excursions plus the driving). Also, watching the local fishers on the north beach in the town of Kenai was worth it!

- AVLtraveler Soldotna and Kenai were pleasant surprises. Not as scenic as Seward or Homer, but much nicer place to stay with lots of amenities.2 years ago Klondike RV Park & Cabins

Tip for Other Campers:
Lucy Market in town has the BEST bread. Expensive, but worth it. Hair Force got me in without much notice for a much needed haircut, and did a great job. Wash and Dry a very good laundromat.

“Very nice, close to everything you would need or want to do in the area”

Nice site in back, very little road noise. Clean park, laundry and shower rooms. We camped at Klondike RV Park & Cabins in a Motorhome.
