“Could have stayed longer”

Spent 3 nights here. The first at an electric site #20 for $45 and the second and third nights at primitive site #97 was $35. Sites along the road to waterfall are awesome. Road to them wide and fine...

Tip for Other Campers:
Dined at Fat Mermaid - halibut was good. Grillz food truck for ice cream and the best French fries. Dinner at Stampmill was okay. Bread sticks very good but rest of meal unforgettable. Based on time of year, a visit to Solomon Gulch Hatchery is required to watch the salmon spawn and the wildlife (seals, sea lions and bears) feast on easy meal. Glacier boat...

Nightly Rate: $35 USD
We didnt need reservations lots of FCFS had a dump site trash and potable water and showers. We camped at Valdez Glacier Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips from campers about Valdez Glacier Campground
- Jesse_Oz Dined at Fat Mermaid - halibut was good. Grillz food truck for ice cream and the best French fries. Dinner at Stampmill was okay. Bread sticks very good but rest of meal unforgettable. Based on time of year, a visit to Solomon Gulch Hatchery is required to watch the salmon spawn and the wildlife (seals, sea lions and bears) feast on easy meal.
