Nice provincial park, sites are big lots of trees between sites. No services. Has hand pump but not potable water. A lot of road noise from the highway. Only has 2 pit toilets 1 on each end. Good base...

Tips from campers about Bow Valley Provincial Park, Lac Des Arcs Campground
- Blackfish Lots of hiking close by. Canmore short drive & Banff
- Rollin Ollens A very easy hike up Heart Creek was very nice. A more energetic scramble up Heart Mountain is well worth it for the views. There are areas where you can get into more serious climbing very near by. Plenty of day hiking in the area.
