Tip for Other Campers:
Not to miss is Royal Tyrell museum which is world class. We wish we had planned to stay longer. The badlands are beautiful and interesting. Many bike rides possible as well as hikes. Drumheller tourism center under worlds largest dinosaur in center of town has maps which can be accessed on line. We walked to Old Grouchys cafe for dinner. Limited menu but...

Close to town and the Tyrell Museum. Nice town folk, friendly to dogs. Great aquatic centre minutes away with a splash pad for the kids. We camped at River Grove Campground and Cabins in a Motorhome.

Dinosaur museum is a must - allow 3-4 hours. Loved walking through Horse Thief Canyon.
